pricing
Pricing that works like the product: no surprises.
We're onboarding early design partners right now. The numbers are straightforward — we'll tell you in the first call. Here's how pricing works, so there's nothing to decode later.
Per investigation, not per seat.
You pay for work the AI does, not for the size of your team. Everyone sees every RCA — adding teammates never costs a cent.
Deduped alerts never double-count.
A flapping alert that fires 40 times is one investigation. We built dedup so you don't pay for noise — ours or yours.
Your bill can't surprise you.
Hard spend caps per investigation and per day are built into the engine, not bolted onto the invoice. When a cap hits, you still get a report.
Every integration included.
Connectors and delivery channels are never paywalled. Your stack is a configuration detail, not an upsell.
Early design partners
Early design partners get preferential pricing locked in, direct access to the team, and a say in the roadmap — in exchange for honest feedback.
Questions people actually ask
- What counts as an investigation?
- One alert fingerprint investigated once. Repeat firings that link to a running or recent investigation are free — they attach to the existing case instead of starting a new one.
- What happens at a spend cap?
- You get the partial report — the hypotheses formed and the evidence gathered before the cap hit, clearly marked as incomplete. Never silence.
- Is there a free way to evaluate?
- Yes — backtest your own past alerts before going live. You see the exact RCA Nightswatch would have written, and nobody gets paged while you're evaluating.
- When will public pricing be published?
- When we've earned enough data to make it fair. Design partners keep their rates.
